The links in my painting represent the components of our lives. Work, home, interests, health, and relationships compete for our time and attention. Here, I am depicting how linking these responsibilities so they can support each other will lead to a more balanced life. For example, biking with your family lets you enjoy their company while supporting your health. What other ways can you link the competing demands in your life?
